Business Analyst

Summary:
The Candidate would work with new and existing clients to perform business solutions based upon a needs assessment.
Role/Responsibilities:
Highly motivated, self-starter with an interest in growing both personally and professionally while making tangible contributions to grow the business and enhance our solution offerings.
- Working knowledge of government agencies at all levels (Federal, State and Local)
- Working knowledge of relational databases ? Oracle 8/9, MS SQL Server
- Working knowledge of operating systems ? Windows and Unix
- Working Knowledge of general networking and security procedures
- Participate in technical discussions with client teams
- Assist in developing technical design specifications from functional design documents
Skills Required:
- Ability to quickly grasp and document processes using common desktop tools
- Must be a disciplined IT professional with a minimum of 2 years consulting experience
- Required experience with methodologies, lifecycles, and processes
- Strong expertise in producing quality deliverables with minimal supervision
- Candidate must have strong organization, and communication skills - both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Bachelor's degree required
- Flexibility, strong customer service orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of general IT governance a plus.
Nice to have:
- Experience with one or more of the following: XML, Global Justice XML, Global Justice Data Model
- Previous experience with packaged and web-based applications
- Consulting background - minimum of 2-4 years
- Experience with participating in a project through an entire lifecycle
- Willing to travel domestically
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.

Sales Consultant

Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Consultant to work within our regional office to direct and coordinate the day-to-day agency efforts on behalf of the client’s product and/or service on assigned accounts.
Skills Required:
- Excellent Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Strong writing, proofreading and editing ability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- A demonstrated strength in interacting and communicating with business professionals at all levels
- Attention to detail and the ability to see projects through completion
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects
Experience Desired:
- 1 to 3 years experience in sales or account management selling to government agencies at various levels
